This wacky, infectious  dance-a-crazy video knocks my socks off so hard it leaves me too dumb-tongued. But you’ve just  got to watch it! If  you make it halfway through–you’ll have seen the star busting her moves at work!–you´ll be hooked. And the most outrageous scenes are still to come.

This piece must be the  greatest aerobics workout video of all time. Or at least for this fat, non-dancer timid-toed who dances as bad as Elaine Benis on Sienfeld. But still, when Veronica showed me this frenzied Faithless number last night, I couldn´t help getting up and shaking it hard. I almost had a damn heart attack but I´m committed to investigating aerobics. Could be something to that.

Speaking of uplifting, it seems appropriate on this day of good will to share the classic Numa Numa YouTube video that sparked uncontrollable smiles and toe-tapping worldwide, if not no-holds-bared dancing. This guy is seriously funny. His cinematography is sublime, his choreography to die for.
